Can you tell me more about pricing?Rose Blossom Cleaning provides flexible pricing as every home is unique, every cleaning capacity is different and our customers have various preferences. Our prices are primarily driven by the overall condition, size, type of the property and the requested service. We offer base pricing, but it can increase based on those factors.

What types of payments do you accept?We gladly accept all major credit/debit cards, cash and electronic payments. Please inquire about the various accepted apps when you call. Payment is due at the time of services.

Is there something I need to do prior to the home cleaning service?All we require from you is to enjoy your free time. However, if you can pick up your household items (personal items, toys, clothes, shoes etc.) it will make the cleaning process more efficient which will also reduce the overall cost of cleaning service.

Do you move furniture?Our staff does not do any heavy lifting of furniture. If you would like us to clean in hard to reach places where furniture may cover, we ask that you have the furniture piece moved ahead of your appointment. If your furniture is light and easily movable for example it's on wheels or something easily mobile, then any expected movement should be discussed prior to your appointment.

I have pets. Do I need to do anything with them prior to my service appointment?We kindly prompt you during the booking process to specify if you have pets in your property. As much as we love pets, we kindly ask you to secure your pet to ensure the safety of both, your pet and our team members.

Do I need to provide any materials or equipment for this service?Rose Blossom Cleaning Services provides all necessary specialized equipment and cleaning solutions. You just sit back and relax!

Am I required to be home?It depends on your preference. In order for us to carry out the service you can either leave a key with us or arrange an access to your home.

What if something gets damaged or broken during cleaning?Rose Blossom team members are fully trained to perform their work professionally and diligently to ensure our customers’ belongings are in safe hands and handled properly. It is our policy to start an Investigation immediately and inform our insurer carrier if necessary. Should you need to report a damage to your property, we accept complaints within 24 hours from the provided service.

What if I’m not completely satisfied with the cleaning service?We strive for quality and are trained to meet high expectations. Therefore it is important to inform us within 24 hours of the service that we did, that did not completely meet your expectations. We take time stamped photos to ensure the quality of work we do and will come back to rectify any errors or re-clean areas/items in question at no additional cost to our valued customers.

Should I tip?Our team works very hard and all work is performed diligently. The choice to tip or not, depends on you and whether you think our team memebers delivered exceptional service and fully satisfied your expectations.

What is your cancelling and rescheduling policy?In the event you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment we require two business day notice in advance before the service is due to take place. Cancellation fees may apply in case we do not receive rescheduling or cancellation notice two days prior to the scheduled service.

Do you provide cleaning services on weekends?Yes, we are open seven days a week and we will be happy to serve you when you need us.
